I know Doctors check earloabs on patients to see if there is a crease. This is a sign that the patient is having some sort of issue with the heart and they can at least ask further questions along the lines of the heart and take blood tests and maybe preliminary tests to see if anything appears border line or positive results.

Fascinating (raised eyebrow). I'll bet there are a lot more connections like this one that could be discovered. I've read that skin problems are sometimes precursors to other more serious problems, but never anything as concrete as this link between tendonitis and cholesterol. Skin problems interest me in particular because I have rosacea - a form of facial acne that doesn't respond to normal treatment.
