Damn Write

If you are a writer looking for a bucket you can wring your excess brain-juices into, please expose your fancy so we may attempt to tickle it. We’re presently seeking frequent and not-so-frequent contributors.

Update: If you submit something it may take us some time to get back to you, as we’re a bit overloaded at the moment. But you’ll hear from us eventually.

Alan Bellows is the founder, designer, and managing editor of DamnInteresting.com, and he is perpetually behind schedule.

Maybe somebody can donate a million monkeys and a million typewriters.
That should speed things up.

On a more serious note, I’d love to write albeit infrequently as I have a full time job, go to school part time, have a wife who likes to spend time with me…yada yada yada, however, I am having trouble figuring out what I would write about. Perhaps if Alan would post some of the “recommended topics” we would have someplace to start…

I submitted an example of writing, but haven’t heard anything back. I guess it wasn’t good enough.

By the way, I’m new. Hi everyone! Awesome site.

And without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wish-i-ers.
By accepting these greetings you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with any/or no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for herself or himself or others, and is void where prohibited by law and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher.
