Several members of our staff have been briefly commandeered– myself included– so DamnInteresting.com is operating at a reduced capacity for a short time. We plan to be back to normal output levels within 3-4 days, but in the meantime we’ll try to pick out some of our ribbiest classics for your reading pleasure. Hopefully they’ll tickle your fancy.

Help! I’m trapped in an excuse factory!

For me, it means that my I am currently working 16-hour days to preserve my livelihood… it’s either that, or go find a corporate-America job which will slowly wring all of the joy from my life and leave me a miserable, useless husk of a person. Weep for me.

These extra-long days should be done very soon… then I can write again. I’m looking forward to it.
